Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
there is acriminal case regarding the loss of one bank draft.both manager and peon are accused. in the domestic enquiry conducted by bank peon gave a confessional letter addressed to chairman through the manager.regional manager who conducted the enquiry is awitnness.in the report regional manager has clearly stated that peon has confessed his guilt of taking the draft without anybodys knowledge. but now both the chairman and regional manager are no more.manager has got certified copies of both the confession letter and the enquiry report. enquiry report is marked through another officer.but as he has not seen the confessional letter it was not marked. peon retaces now.how can the confession letter be marked?

Marking of document is not sufficient to prove the contents or genuineness or truthfulness thereof.
Make efforts to know and understand in what manner you could prove the contents and/or or genuineness and/or truthfulness of the said document.
