Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
in acriminal case there are 2 views regarding the alleged crime. one by the prosecution and the other by the diffence. both producing documents to spport their respective views. .in this case will the accused get benefit of doubt considering the view favourable to the accused?

You need to see the matter in the light of facts and evidence brought on record.
However, as a legal proposition, it is settled law that when two views are possible, then one which favours the defence is to be accepted.
I differ with my friend here in above as in every case there are two views which are diametrically opposite to each other and the court has to decide on evidence that which evidence is more truthfull and cogent and then accordingly decide the case.
