Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
in acriminal trial witnesses were examined by prosecution and cross examjned by advocate for a1.but advocate of a2 did not apperar at that time. now advocate for a2 wants to recall witnesses.if it is allowed by the court can the advocate of a1 ask questions to the witnesses after the crossexamination by the advocate of a2 is over/?
