Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
Is an advocate a Public Servent?
"Public Servent" is defined in section 21 of IPC. But I could not find there the direct text that an advocate is a public servent.
Could any one please help me to identify the sub-section mentioned in this section (IPC-21), which explained (indirectly) an advocate is a public servent?
