Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
Our advocate has withdrawn the applied bail in session court the reason for withdrawal is the behavior and the environment and rejection of two bails of other accused. Please guide us can the applied bail be withdrawn ?. I am confused and how long time it will take to withdrawn the bail. Can judge withdrawn the bail on the spot. please help me in this matter.

What are the offences filed against you ? What role the prosecution has given you in the FIR ? How many times your lawyer has filed for bail and in which courts ? Are you not satisfiedwith your lawyer ? Please answer all these questions to get a detail legal advice.
