agar kisi case main complainant ke vakeel kisi vaja se court nahin pohoch paye or complainant apne case le saare facts jaanta hai or usko knowledhe hai or vo chahta hai ke case delay na ho vaise hi bohot lambi taarikh pari thi aise haalat me vo khud arguement kar sakta hai kya kya use application lagani paregi ke main case delay na hone ki vaja se khud arguement karna chata hun is date pr?

You cannot have a piece-meal arrangement; either you conduct the case through your lawyer or do it yourself - 'in person'. If there is already a lawyer in the case, it may be better to continue through him instead of removing him and trying to argue in person.

Aap aisa karne ke pahle apne wakil ko soochna dena parega sath hi court se aisa karne ke liye izzazat lena parega
