agreement M o u is signed between A & B c helped to transfer money to B of A. A & B denied the agreement and originals police dint took any seasure,dint reach to any canclusion will C be punished u/s 420,120b,406,34.But the complainant A says that we have given u the money hence u r responsible.C is a group of three persons the case is filed against all the five including A and B.
