Legal Question in Criminal Law in India

i have been allaged that i obtaind sim card on fake id and inndulged in gambling and implicated with 420, 467,468,471,120B,IPC rw 13b-PUBLIC GAMBLING ACT.There is no victim or witness who alleged that he has been de frauded in any manner on record.

Kindly tell me wheather section 420,467,468,471,120B,IPC are attracted against me or not.

you may file a petition before the high court for quashing of the f.i.r. in case no offence made out.
