Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
we are allotted 3500 shares in our 9 folios in 1997,but certificates not received till now,no reply of our complaints / reminders till 2007 , after receiving another legal notice,co. said that shares sold by us in july2002 & same were transferred in the name of buyers.we asked them to provide the copy of t/d to take action but neither any reply nor copy provide.we have strong evidence that shares not received to us.what we have to do ? management is involved in cheating/ froud
