Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
if A says that he have given certain amount as help to B, and if says B had given him cheques against this debt, but they bounced. while actually happening was that B had given him cheques of lakh of ruppe to A to help adjust his accounts with legal money. In fact A is govt servant where he gets regular extra income. A approached B to get the Legal entry. B given the cheque. and the cheque bounced. CAN A substential this in Court that he has legally enforceble debt toards B.
