Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
thanks aniruddha sir but managing committee members were also included in party they abuse with non-drinkers but is it right to do alcohol party in Terrace of Society Building It is right in law or against the law and what is Rule?

law doesnt prohibit any party on terrace unless it creates disturbance(law & order situation) but you alongwith other like members can ask the MC members in AGM to make rule prohibiting such parties on society terrace in future.
