Legal Question in Criminal Law in India

Thank you very much for the answer

when the police tell you that they can remove you from the chargesheet using a B-summary certificate or using the report 169,what does it mean??

I am an engineering student and a victim of impersonation.I have been charged under section 420,467 ,468 and 34 of the IPC. The person who has forged the documents in reality has been arrested by the police. The FIR has been lodged in my name by the Ordinance factory. I already have got the bail and it is very obvious that i am the victim. The police are yet to file the charge sheet after 5 months of the ordnance factory lodging the FIR.

I want to know if the Police remove my name from the Charge sheet,am i free ??

will this hamper my future career prospects.

i have applied for a passport ,will i get it without any hassles??

Thank you very much for the answer that i have received

but what i really wanted to know is once if the court accepts the 169 report , am i out of trouble forever?

will i have to appear before court for any other reasons??

will be able to apply for a passport and subsequently go out of the country?

i would be very grateful if you could answer these three questions !

Thanking you.
