well ,I am looking for the answer that whether the wife can file petition under 125 Cr.P.C ,where his father resides.case laws in support of this .

you may not need the case law on this. A girl may file the case where she got married, or where she last resided with husband or where she is presently staying. this rule applies to 125 cr pc as well as to other matrimonial proceedings including domestic violence
