You can file a similar petition before the Hon'ble Supreme Court or surrender and then seek regular bail.

You may try for regular bail after you surrender and produce a "custody" certificate. However, it may be a difficult case for bail in view of the allegation u/s 302 IPC. Therefore, you should better seek expeditious trial instead of bail.
