Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
I appealed against the Trial Court Judgment in the High Court after the Court convicted me for 4 years RI. Subsequently when the sentence was suspended and got released on bail, I wanted to know whether I can practice law being an advocate duly enrolled in Bar Council. Kindly enlighten me.

How many time you want to enlighten yourself?
If you are not satisfied with replies, the best recourse would be to write to the Bar Council and get a written clarification. Such writing could be by way of a letter or application or an application under RTI.
