Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
I have sent an application to the Bank by Right to Information Act, asking them to produce details of my accounts, for which I suspect my signature to have been forged.
But, now I am worried if the Bank will file complaint before the police for registration of FIR without asking my consent first, as soon as they discover my signature was forged.
Does the bank act on it's own? Without letting me know first? I am worried as I do not want to file any complaint as yet.

For filing a complaint with police about an offence of forgery, your consent is not necessary to bank. Infact, consent of nobody is necessary.
