I i applied for anti bail, i am pragnent or recently merried from last 3-4 months.. how much % of chance of its acceptance, the IO can object...??

Its a DD entry right now...

Need help: One of my friend done a fraud from a mobile phone, like take a cheques with clients regarding loan & encash that cheque of 1Lac, he sold that mobile to me..now police from cyber crima come to me ask about his details, i gave them old number because may be they try to involve me in this case because i talked with him, they ask for new number.. i want to ask if i gave them new number so its bad for me??? because i always talked with him & if they see the call list so there is mine number?? so what i do now??? its a DD entry not FIR...????

Anticipatory bail is for the non-bailable offence. In case the offence is bailable, you can apply and get bail after arrest and i dont think the charge against you is non bailable
