Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
i am applied for divorce and child custody.all cases are pending in family court.my wife given her father surname to my son instead of my surname and got admtted in school.as per hosoital records and muncipal records my son's surname is BHAGYAWAR.now they using her father surname as ADDLA instead of BHAGYAWAR.how can get my son's surname as Bhagyawar and what cases can i put on my wife and in-laws.

the law is clear. the estranged wife can use her maiden name for her children. law may not help you.
