Legal Question in Criminal Law in India

I'd applied for a personal loan with a leading bank. The loan was not sanctioned to verbally agreed terms, as in the amount of loan and the rate of interest, and the processing fees later confirmed over mail. A dispute for the same was raised within hours of e-credit of loan amount to the account. As a dispute was raised I feel the bank purposely delayed sending me the loan agreement document until the first EMI was deducted from my account. Later on receiving the loan agreement it was noticed that a correction was done in the EMI amount and my signature was forged at the particular place.

My question

1. Does this forging of signature at one particular place make the agreement null and void.

2. Can I cancel the agreement
