how i can approach to legal aid cell for fight case as i m moderate family not have enough finances to fight for case as i m in yamuna nagar where i have to go for legal help

You have to go to the office of State (Haryana) Legal Services Authority who have their offices located in every disctrict court, in your case, at yamuna nagar. There are hardly any formalities.

Every woman, sc/st are eligible irrespective of their income. For men, each state has its own income criteria.
