Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
A is aprosecution witness he is not attending saying not well judge closed the evidence. can the the accused recall him as a prosecution witness/ later?

the accused cannot call him as a prosecution witness but he can call him in his defence u/s 313 of Crpc.
