arguement recording
If someone makes record (voice recording only not viedo)of both advocates arguement in court room.Then what offence is commits?Is bailable or non bailable and what is the punisshment and fine or both for this offence?

I must bring to your attention that any recording made of the Courtroom proceeding without the consent of the Presiding Officer is an act of Contempt of the Court where the recording was made. If caught, it could lead to jail and also action for contempt of Court.
However there is no bar to shorthand recording as long as permission is taken. No electronic media for recording is permitted.

No offence, if recorded with permission of court.
Otherwise also, no offence appears to be committed.
