Legal Question in Criminal Law in India

Arrest under IPC 307 and 506B

Hi,

I've been arrested by Bangalore police based on a complain and under section 307 and 506. The complain was not registered before arrest.

After my arrest and while I was in Police station the case was fabricated in police station itself.

As I understand IPC 307 is non-cognizable offence and Police can't arrest without a warrant or court order?

While arrest I was not informed of anything at all.

If the Police has approached in wrong manner then where shall I complain against them?

You may better focus on your defence. However, a complaint can always be made to the higher police authorities as also to the court concerned.
