Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
I was arrested under IPC 451 for entering into my own property. The property was sold by my father to someone. As per Will of Grandfather the property was given in my name. The person who has purchased the property has filed case against me. I got the bail on same day.
After arrest I have not received any summons or any information to be get presented in court. Somehow I went to court since i didnt got any summons after 3 months. I came to know from court clerk/register that date is today. Is it mandatory to be present in court without summons or not required to go.
