Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
my name .ashu i m 23 year old sir my wife field a case against me like ( 498,494,125) but now i m a second year student i have no job ,, so first i don't wan't to go jail ..n first ,,there is possibilty to get a bail in 494 ,, if the judge give me a order to give 1500 rs per month so hw can i spend my future ,with my study ,,expense becoz i m belong to very middle class family..

maintainence depends upon your earnings. The court would look into your earnings, your requirements before granting monthly maintainance. If she is earning more, you may also be entitled for maintainance.
You are required to provide basic amenities to your wife; therefore, you must make arrangements for payment of maintenance amount.
