Legal Question in Criminal Law in India

I asked some advise regarding the illegal relationship of my husband(temp. visa) in USA who eventually abandonment me & as a result am staying in India.

Mr. R Gupta asked me to go for DV which is applicable in US too & Mr. Kalra advised me to approach women cell and lodged a complaint abt dowry harassment (but it is not the real reason) & DV of India is not applicable in USA.

Dowry harassment as I undrstnd is lodging 498 case....where chances of divorce is too high.

Mr Kalra asked me to approach USCIS....so I want to know whether USCIS has any power or deal with such personal problem where the native is Indian?

Is there any rule that both Indian and US Govt has undertake to deal with problem of deserted wife of H1b..which is eventually increasing..and I too have become a victim of it.

N.B: As per my exp. the root cause of such problem lies on the limitation of H4 visa which need to be change for the benefit of our society.

you may approach visa authorities with explain them the genuineness of your case and seek visa to fight for your rights in US. alternatively, you may go for punitive measures as elaborated earlier and compel the husband to appear before the court here to explain the atrocities meted out to you.
