i have asked you earlier regarding any authority ot resist the anticipatory bail in the case under sections 420/467/468/471/120-B ipc the facts of the case are as follows:-

That my father was a drunkard and he taken a loan in the year 1998 from the bank for a tractor. the bank officials and the agency in collusion they senctioned the loan and at that time a civil litigation was also pending in the court. and status qua was ordered by the court. that my father taken the loan for the tractor on dated 21/08/1998 and on the same day the proceeding of the loan were comleted by the bank as one of the partner of the ageny was the manager of the bank. that on the same day they sold the said tracor ot some one elso also and on the same day paid a very small amount to may father and during ther registration of the tractor thay prepared a forged form-22 for the registrattion of the tractor in collusion with the salesman of the agency and the stamp and signature on the Form-22 are of the salesman. now on 14/10/2010 a case has been registered against the four persons and other under section 420/467/468/471 and 120-B IPC and one of the accused who signed the Form-22 has applied for anticipatory bail and that accused was one of the defendant witness in the recovery case of the bank and he has admitted that the Form-22 was prepared by him and also the tracor compnay also verified that this Form -22 was not issued by that company and i have certified copy of that admission of the accused.

now please tell me any authority of the Supreme Court or the Punajab and Haryana High Court or any other court having the releveny with this fact of the case. the accused have not joined the investigation till date.

I presume you want judgments for Cheating, Honestly you cannot find tailor made judgments. Only thing is that if FIR is lodged, the state must conduct the trial and satisfy the ingredients of cheating etc as stated in the FIR.
