Can attempted rape be proved with Suicide note alone & its the only evidence available.
In general how do we prove it.
Can police raise FIR & arrest for this.

mentioning attempted rape in the suicide note is a good piece of evidence and further can be substantiated by circumstantial evidence.

Mr.Gupta is right. Further if she commits suicide, then it will be treated as dying declaration and you will be punished u/s 376 and 304B also.
