Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
Do I need to attend the court meeting for compulsorily if my husband files for divorce. If not atttended still court can issue divorce. Please advice.

yes it is called ex parte divorce.

If you don not attend the Court , then Court would proceed exparte against you and subsequently the exparte divorce decree.
