regarding bail
Can someone be arrested if he has taken a bail which gives him a time period /relaxation of 5 days before the arrest?If yes then can that persone be arrested after 5 days of issuing of summons. Can domestic violence be filed against women-like mom-in-law?

After amendment in Cr.P.C., arrest became difficult and discretionary.
Domestic Violence case can be filed against mom-in-law.

Yes, domestic violence complaint is maintainable against women - mother-in-law, sister-in-law etc. There is no provision in law for giving any time period / relaxation. However, the court may grant stay of arrest meaning thereby the non-bailable offence is converted into bailable and the arresting officer may accept bail.
