Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
I got bail in bailable offence from police without money and advocate but now police filed chargeshhet against me.....
According to charge cheet conserned section is not made but police requested to court that trial should begin.
Query -In a bailable offence Can accused got court bail by moving self bail application before court without help of advocate ?

u need help of an advocate as the trial would get complicated.
