Bail Cancellation

Hi,

My friend has been udnergoing a trial and has one of his bail condition to be present and sign at the police station every sunday. this has been happening from last 3 years. He hasn't missed any of those days, except very recently on one occassion, when he had and emergency situation...He has written the reason for the same at the police station. Will this result in bail cancellation?

This may not result in bail cancellation. However, you may file an application in the court seeking modification of this condition on the ground of delay in completion of investigation by the police.
