i am out on bail under charges of impersonation, i want to study abroad for 2 years, can i get relief from attending regular dates for two years or i ll hv to cm regularly, thanks!

No you cannot study abroad during the pendency of your criminal case and if you are convicted then you will not get student visa also.

you may file an application for grant of permission to leave India for studies and at the same time, file an application u/s 205 for grant of permanent exemption. in case luck favours you and your matter is effectively represented, you may get the relief.

You may apply to court for permission and exemption as suggested by Adv Gupta.

Also consider making an application about your readyness to proceed with case during your absence through your lawyer.
