Legal Question in Criminal Law in India

I got a bail from high court in a IPC 406, 498 case very recently. Chargesheet is still not filed to the court by police. But from against party I am hearing that they are trying to cancel the bail on the bases which are not true. I never threated anyone after my bail and doing my job cleanly.

can they do that, and on what basis, how it can be harmful for me ? Please suggest me.

once the bail is granted, it is not easily cancelled and the applicant has to prove that he or she was threatened and mere allegation does not suffice.

once the bail is granted, cancellation of bair is in rarest of rare case. Principles are stringent and not easy for cancellation.

They can file any wrong complaint of threat and may be on that basis your bail will be cancel. so be careful and mark your presence and file informatory application in the local police about the threat of wrong cases upon you by your wife..
