Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
Bail
A person is accused in a civil case. Can he give surety to another person who is accused in a different criminal case? While giving the surety he has hidden from the judge that he himself has got a case running in a different jurisdiction. Please answer this. Thanks.

Re: Bail
I could not understand your problem. It seems that you are trying to run over someone without any cause.

Re: Bail
It would have been better if the fact had been disclosed while submitting the surety bond. Please note, however, there is no such bar.
