Legal Question in Criminal Law in India

Sir,

I and two others(sisters) are applying for Bail in a different State of which we are not a resident and I know that the Court will ask for two sureties. I am finding difficult to arrange 6 bailors having property or vehicles. Kindly help me in this regard by replying what is the other alternative for sureties apart from owning property and vehciles.

You may apply for providing Cash Surety Or Sureties from your own city.

You can arrange bailors from your state and depending on the offence can give cash sureties of get released on PR bond.

You have to apply for the surety by cash or securities from your own hometown.
