Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
the bank employee forged my signature in personal loan application from and they have changed the rate of interest to 36%, i have approached for 15-16% of rate of interested, what will be punishment for this, how legally i can process for this pls help me

FILE A COMPLAIN TO THE VIGILANCE DEPARTMENT OF THE BANK AND TERE NO REMEDY THEN FILE A WRIT.
