bankers indemnity policy claim

Is a claim settlled if the banker files an FIR on an employee stating that he has committed a fraud or is is also necessary that the accussed ishould be convicted to settle the claim

FIR and claim are two seperate things and registration of FIR or conviction of accused does not effect the right of bank to claim back its money.
