Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
Is bank/police can file criminal complain for delayed payment or other use of loan funds in 2006 for same loan which is genuine fully paid up in 2003 including loan amount and its interest, penal interest and all charges and bank had also issued No Due Certificate and Last bank A/C close in 2003?

Refund/repayment of loan is inconsequential for the offence committed, if any.
