Legal Question in Criminal Law in India

I am in a big problem,
my father had purchased a land in 1996 after giving proper consideration to
the person who was the owner of the land.
In 1996 the seller field a case after changing his name against my father u/s 420& others,
showing that he has not sold the plot. but it is proved in court that he is the same person who has sold the plot, and court orderd to the police to lodge an FIR u/s 182,211 against the seller to giving wrong information to the court.
as he was the person of Nepal police did not take action agains him & case has been closed.
sence 1996 land is muted on my father's name & in our possession & also giving rent to the government & nagar palika
but in 2011 the same person come in collusion of BHU-MAFIA, and again lodged a case against my father, they all have managed all police & local MP, & court without seeing our passed arrest warrant & also rejected antecepatory bail.
And my father has been arrested. please sujjest me what should I do???

Apply for bail to begin with and consult your lawyer with all the details for conducting the matter further.

it is better to show your papers, But what you are saying, it will be appropriate for you to file quashing of proceedings before high court and while that wud be pending, seek stay of the proceedings as well as bail as an additional application before the high court.
