Legal Question in Criminal Law in India

from the very bigining i said in hnble court that i hv not filled the amount and the amount filled in cheques is wrong..... the proceeding going on and on.... now the case is in final stage. i move application for sending fsl laboratory. hnble joudge rejected the application as i cant move the application in that stage...but in the defence during my arguments evidents record... i says all this from the bigning of the case.... is its not be the duty of court itself to send for fsl to get more reality in the case???

you can move the higher court against the rejection of your application for sending the cheque to CFSL.

Once an order is passed by a court, only legal remedy is to approach superior court in revision or appeal.
