blackmail
My name is puran.I were telling lie.Actually this is fact that I took car from dealer for use.I was crazy for cars.Due to my craze & take over intention I took 2 key,s and copy of liceance from dealer.After that I forged signature on all papers and tried to transfer car ownership in authority.Now I m accused in 406/420/468/471/506.At this stage what is the remedy to prevent me from jail.Dealer say,s I want 1 lakh .Police also saying for bribe.I dont want to go in jail.

No defence for liars. You should redeem yourself by accepting punishment.

Once an offence of cheating, forgery etc. registered, then neither the person lodging FIR or police investigating the same are entitled to drop/withdraw the same.

as u have committed the offence, u might have to pay the price. either compromise with the dealer or approach a lawyer for anticipatory bail.

No advice to cheaters except to make payment, offer pardon, arrive on compromise with dealer, and revert from wrongdoings.

You may approach to a lawyer for an anticipatory bail or accept the fact you have done crime and compromise with the dealer.
