Blank Cheque Bounce

My Friend Gave a blank cheque to a person named Munish and take Rs. 1000 from Munish .

Munish owned a computer shop. he prepared 4 fake sales bills in the name of my friend of rs 185000. He fill the above amount and presented to bank the cheque is bounced A Case is filed in the court in 138 act. now how can my friend defence himself.

The drawer may lodge a complaint of cheating with the police. In the 138 case, you may dispute the liability and file your defence as per law. You may need to engage a lawyer.
