What is the procedure of getting FIR filed and how can we ensure Fast conviction of the person at the earliest. Will he go behind bars. as he is a habitual offender, your case is strong. you can lodge an f.i.r. u/s 468/471/420 or in case the police refuse to interfere, file a private complaint before the magistrate and get an f.i.r lodged u/s 156(3) of crpc.
FIR is to be filed with police.
For speedy trial appoint your lawyer by obtaining permission U/s.302 Cr.P.C.
Arrest will be decided by police.
you may write your complaint in chronological order and send the same by registered post to the SHO of your area with copy to the SP concerned.
