Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
Normally blank dated cheque is issued to lender who put the date at the time of presentation. The lender put the date which is after the death of the drawer. Further The The cheque belongs to firm but the same was dissolved before the death of partner ( There was only two partner and one retired) the other partner continued as proprietor and who also died after some time.
