Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
I have been booked by the court u/s 156(3) CrPc against complaints lodged by my company u/s 408 & 120B. Concerned local police authorities are harrasing me in the name of investigations and even tried to arrest me and also saying to comply with their personal targets. What should I do to get rid of such situations as the complain made against me is absolutely falsely implicated by the Co.?
