Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
We were booked under CrPc 353 inspite of doing nothing, we just denied to give our bike keys to home guard which was parked in the sub lane.. now to bad luck Add Court & Session Court convicted us to the act and we are out on bail now, appeal is in High Court... How can we get out of the case.. please guide us

If 2 courts have found you guilty concurrently, then possibility in the high court may not be bright.
You need to engage and consult an experienced counsel of the high court with all the details for proper advice and strategy.
