Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
I booked my household goods from Jaipur to Kolkata.Transporter damaged my goods.I asked my bankers to stop payment.Can the transporter have the metropolitan court in Mumbai issue me an arrest warrant now without any notice,under 138 N I Act esp when the cheque was issued in March 2009?Can a reminder be issued verbally to the local police inspector after 6 pm?Is this a fake warrant?..Kritiman
