Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
my boyfriend was alleged of stealing in a hostel. was beaten by around 40 batchmates . has been expelled from the hostel on the allegation of taking a trivial calculator . the guy belongs to a fairly rich family. he is in mental trauma after that incident . how can the indian law help him. the management came to know about this and assumed a very diplomatic approach as expected from them and no action was taken against the batchmates.
