Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
my boyfriend promised me of marrying.his parents also visited my house had marriage talks....after that,,,i had physical relationship with my guy.i got pregnant,,that guy told me to get it done aborted..and i have bills paid by him,,his name is written in hospital reports.after that 1 year,he now refusing to marry me.i have filed a complaint in womens commission karnataka state india.they told,they will call the boy and counsell him,.,,if he still refuses to marry me,,i have to file a cheating case against him....i want to get married to him...please suggest me,,if he wont accept to marry me,,what should i do,,,so that he marries me...his parents warned him in marrying me...so,,i know,,if i file a case,,that guy may marry me....as,,he is refusing to marry me,because of his torture by his parents...
please suggest me,,if i file a cheating case against him,,,,,how much time will it take to get judgement....as i heard,,it may take several 2-3 years to get solved.....
